I have had 2.5 days of me time & yet I have not found time for me.

All 3 of my children started school on Tuesday...

I should now have a ton of time to Blog, Edit Pictures & Hang out with friends.

Yeah right!

I haven't done any of those things since Freedom school started.

Well...except right now...but I am typing this post at 10:00 PM & I just created that lovely collage too.

I am still waiting for the part where this Mouse gets to play while the Cats are away.

As my good friend Annie always sang "Tomorrow, Tomorrow"

Maybe Tomorrow!

I'm not complaining though because I wouldn't do that...

Especially since I just wrote myself a letter to stop it!

I Haven't Been Ignoring You...

I have just been busy with my new JOB!

I have started driving a Taxi.

The pay is not great, but the people I drive around make the job so worth it.

I have three passengers that use my Taxi on a regular basis, so I am busy learning their schedules.

I am supposed to be picking up more hours in September too.

The job is very demanding...

Long hours...

Tight schedules...

But listening to music makes the drive time more bearable

&

listening to my passengers conversations is good entertainment.

So, I am not ignoring anyone or anything on purpose...just adjusting to the new job.

Lazy Days Of Summer...

I have to admit...

I am not a huge Fan of Summer itself.

I do not do HOT well & I am not a Fan of the great outdoors.

Here in the Midwest it is so HOT & HUMID!

I could so do without the Humidity!

YUCK

I do not like to feel sticky

I do not like to be shiny

&

I do not like to feel as though I am walking around in a Sauna.

Double YUCK

*Unless I could shed a pound every time I walked out the door*

Is it just me or does Summer Time drive any one else just a little crazy?

I mean when you have kids it is Bitter/Sweet.

Sweet Because:

• It is FUN doing things outside...

• You get to sleep in...Sometimes

• Lots of time spent with family...

• Vacations...

Bitter Because:

• Being on a Budget can interfere with all the Fun Summer Activities

• Later Bed Times because it is light until 9:30 PM

• The words "I'm Bored"...

Am I Crazy?

I am always afraid to change the sheets on our beds...

But I try to do it every other week.

The day I change the sheets one of the three kids will have a bloody nose that night

or Stunt Man will have an accident.

The other day my van started making noises...

I mean driving down the road for 10 minutes still making noises...

I get 2 blocks from my mechanics shop & the noise stops.

I pick him up & drive around only for it to purr like a kitten.

We have been teaching Angel new tricks.

She is a very smart dog...

The other day I taught her to play dead.

I call Agent in the room & tell her to play dead...

Help Wanted...Help Needed!

Have you ever helped your Children?

Of course you have...

Sometimes they want our help & sometimes they just NEED our help.

Today I want your help...

AND because I am so NOT creative...

I NEED your help too.

Actress has an assignment for school where she has to Create, Market & Sell a product to the kids in her school & at the end of the day...Make a PROFIT.

So..

We need to make something that kids would want to buy...

Something that is inexpensive to make...

Something that will sell for a fair but good price.

Some ideas we are throwing around are...

•Paper Airplanes

Cheap & she could decorate them by coloring them

• Flower Pens

We have tons of pens & would just have to buy that green tape

• Clothes Pin Magnets

For the kids lockers but we have no supplies for this.

The Weather Is Going To Be WHAT?

Cracking up because Last Week I was talking to Stacey on the phone & she was getting ready to come to Michigan. She asked me if she needed a winter coat.

I told her it had been beautiful all week & I have been wearing a Hoodie all week.

So she decided to not bring her Winter coat.

Back up a few more days when I was talking to my Cousin Tarah on the phone & she was telling me how great her weather was in Minnesota...Rainy & Cold.

* Important Side Note*

We ALWAYS *90% of the time* get Minnesota's weather 2-3 days later.

Knowing that, I should have told Stacey to bring her Winter Coat.

Friends...it was Dreary, Rainy & Cold 90% of the time poor Stacey was here for a visit.

The sun finally poked it's head the last 1/2 day she was here *PHEW* glad she had her hoodie.

YIKES!

I don't even need a Weather Man...I GOT TARAH!

Good Advice On A Not So Good Day...

The other day I was talking to my husband on the phone...

He knew I was having a stressful week.

I Need To Patent Something...

Don't you wish you could be the proud owner of some great patent? I mean, wouldn't you like to be THAT person that made someone else's life just a little easier...or more fun by something you invented?

Way Back in the day...

My dad was tearing his HOT coffee cup lids at McDonald's so he could sip it with the lid on. Years later some smart person invented the lids that you can now drink out of.

My Dad totally should have patented that idea...I might be on EASY street right now.

Don't get me wrong...I love the street I live on, but EASY Street sounds fun too...Kind of like Sesame Street.

I have to say I am THANKFUL for many of the GENIUS people out there that bring their ideas to the shelves of AMERICA!

I have ruined countless loads of laundry because the colors from my clothes have bled...but now my laundry is saved THANKS to some very smart person & their color catching idea!

My husbands pinks SALUTE YOU!

I'd like to personally thank the person that put the lotion in the Kleenex.

Now THAT was PURE Genius!

No longer do I have to look like Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer during Allergy season!

I am the worst person in the world when it comes to GROCERY SHOPPING.

I don't like it because it is not my idea of Shopping.

I dislike spending money on necessities like Toilet Paper, Toothpaste, Body Wash, Etc.

I mean there really is no fun in that...is there? Shopping should be FUN!
