The Five Moms Attempt Poetry!

(Erica) (Mimi) (Nan)

There once was a girl from Nantucket.

She carried her things in a bucket.

Her bucket was a pretty shade of yellow

In it was lunch for her fellow.

She packed him an apple and a PB&J,

but she knew he'd be happiest with his fresh combed toupee!

She prayed it would be a warm, sunny day

For she knew the wind would blow his hair away.

She sobbed because she knew she was as slow as a slug
and she would never be able to catch his rug.

And when he arrived, he rejoiced in his find...

for his shiney bald head weighed heavily on his mind.

Okay, so maybe it's not your typical "poetry"
but we're just five simple moms...

And you can't deny that we just made YOU smile!
