Did you do it?

****DON'T DO IT, DON'T DO IT****
I just have to say that I am a little territorial when it comes to MY food!
Don't you dare go eating the protein bar that I paid $1.79 for!
You better think twice before SNAGGING my cinnamon roll.
OBVIOUSLY, I am NOT the only one!

Till Next Week......TARAH

  1. I think I like the note in the storage bags the best. Imagine going to "steal" a bag and finding that note....ha! Taking people's food is wrong on every account and I sure don't trust other people's food prep enough to eat their food. When I worked outside the home, people use to always use my mustard. It would be a full bottle and the next time I went to use it, it would be 1/2 full.

  2. So funny! It's amazing what people will do when they think no one is watching. A glimpse at their true character, I guess.

  3. Wow! But I'm not surprised. When I worked, stuff like that happened ALL the time. One day an employee ate our Managers lunch! Yeah, wrong choice! LOL
Hugs to you and you should link this up for Friday Funnies Friday!

  5. I've had my lunches stolen more times than I can count and am still scratching my head as to why people would do something like that to someone else! Funny notes!

  6. LOL! That is hilarious! :D I can't even imagine why people would eat others' food. :( I didn't do it either. Reminds me of the ditty "Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar? Who me? Couldn't be! Then who?"

  7. Too funny! Thankfully my boys are too short to reach the shelf where I hide all my good food! LOL!

  8. I don't work, but I can just imagine the notes left behind...but thanks for the idea here at home! I have a whole lot of sticky notes that are going to start getting used.

  9. I am so glad I don't have to worry about that where I work. Its pretty sad when someone just takes a bit out of something..for real just take the whole thing then!

  10. Okay, this is serious stuff!!! Here at MY WORK people drink my Dr.Peppers and eat my frozen dinners out of the freezer! We only have like 9 people in the whole office, yet SOMEONE does it! I mean come on, people! And yes, I have left notes like that on the fridge saying "If you're gonna eat my food, replace it!"

I thought about saying I spit in every Dr.Pepper, too. Ugggh.

  11. That is funny! I stopped putting my stuff in the fridge at work for that reason...I just bought a big lunchbag and fill it up with chillers...people can be so rude!
Thanks for the giggle though...some of those were funny!

  12. I can't believe that people have the audacity to do that stuff! I would never be eating someone's frozen dinner. Wouldn't it be pretty obvious as you are munching away on that stolen food?

  13. That's amazing! I had no idea this was such a common problem...people have a lot of nerve. Maybe you should get a video camera (even if it's not hooked up) and ask management if you can mount it up facing the fridge and try & convince people they are being videotaped. Maybe people would think twice before they stole your food then. ???

  14. That is hilarious! You should set up a video camera in the frig... lol

  15. Ahahaha!! TOo funny. I'm not territorial about food, but I don't work in an office where it would be a problem, and I'm usually thankful when the kids eat my stuff cause it's usually junk and I don't need it!!

  16. That is just too funny! Fortunately I now have my own office and I keep my food in there. Also, I have a small fridge (during the remodel it was a leftover & they put it in my office) so my stuff stays safe. Mainly, because my door is locked when I'm not here. lol

  17. I used to keep snack food and stuff in my desk drawer. I was pregnant and needed it for when I felt nauseous.

My boss and another co-worker used to eat my food when I was gone. (I know because I asked and they admitted it). I'd come in, and half the bag would be gone.

Once I was feeling nauseous and went to my drawer and all my food was gone. I complained to my coworker and said to stop eating my food and she said "But I was hungry!" so I told her to bring her own.

I also told my boss "If you're going to eat all my food, at least replace it before I come in. Now I'm feeling sick and I have no crackers to eat." She felt bad and went right out and bought me some more.

  19. Hilarious. I loved the one who spit in his salad dressing. Very smart.

I have a phobia about leftovers or eating food that I didn't bring or buy. You just don't know what is in it or how old it is or if they already started eating it. It's just too gross.

    Great post & Blessings

  20. Wow! Those people do seem to mean business!!

  21. We used to deal with this all the time at our lunch rooms. We finally stopped bringing food in and started going out. It was the only way you were guaranteed food that you paid for would be yours when you needed to eat.

  23. Those are funny but did anybody notice the bag next to the salad dressing???? That Coach bag would be more enticing to me than some Italian dressing, don't you think?!

  24. This made me laugh. Thank you. Maybe I should start leaving notes for my husband. That might surprise him.
